StriveTech is the regional leader in MSP service

What is an MSP, anyway?

An MSP, or Managed Service Provider, goes beyond fixing problems when they happen. We take responsibility for keeping your entire technology environment healthy, secure, and aligned with your business goals.

Instead of hiring ad-hoc support, an MSP provides ongoing monitoring, maintenance, cybersecurity protection, strategic planning, and responsive help desk services for a predictable monthly cost.

This proactive approach reduces downtime, improves reliability, and ensures your technology is always working for you, not against you.

Our Five Service Delivery Areas Set Us Apart

We’ve adopted this structure inside our organization to help focus our service efforts. We think of these as our battle stations that must be manned in order to win. Our entire team coordinates within this structure to ensure that all aspects of your IT service are given proper due diligence.

📞  Reactive Support

Focuses on responding efficiently to client issues and minimizing your downtime.

  • Help desk and ticket-based support
  • Issue resolution (remote, on-site, in-shop)
  • Emergency and after-hours assistance

🔒  Centralized Services

Proactive, standardized IT maintenance and checks done behind the scenes. These tasks reduce your reactive issues and maintain your system stability.

  • Patch management
  • Antivirus updates
  • Backup verification
  • Network monitoring

🧰  Professional Services

Projects. These are typically billable engagements outside of the client’s recurring service agreement, requiring planning and execution. Some examples:

  • Server/network upgrades
  • Electrical/low-voltage wiring
  • Office moves
  • Cloud migrations
  • Major system changes

📋  Technology Alignment

This role is handled by our Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) and is critical to shifting IT efforts from reactive to proactive.

  • Regularly reviews client environments
  • Standards-based assessments
  • Misalignment identification
  • Remediation planning
  • Coordinates with vCIO to report findings

🧑‍💼  vCIO

Our virtual Chief Information Officer acts as your account manager and part-time technology exec, reporting and advising on all things IT. Strategic planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

  • Reviewing business goals and risks
  • Quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Budgeting and roadmap planning
  • Communicating the value of technology investments
